Yuima Nakazato Spring 2011 TFW

Presenting his first menswear collection at tokyo fashion week, yuima nakazato was inspired by sci-fi movies and showed a new gender wearer who represents the human evolution.
Looking far into the future, where every element such as gender, culture, nature and human, machine or animal and human would be borderless, the collection explores symbolic items borrowed from womenswear such as corsets, dresses and skirts, along with impressive glam rock platform boots. The materials are technological, from hologram film to metal, acrylic or silicon. In this highly theatrical and futuristic collection, masculine colours and materials live together with feminine and sculptural shapes. WE LOVE THE SHOES! DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA!

You may also recognize his work from the following costumes he designed for both LADY GA GA and the Black Eyed Peas Fergie!

CONFIRMED: Thierry Mugler Taps Nicola Formichetti

Thierry Mugler has finally confirmed the the topic of speculation: Nicola Formichetti, most widely known as Lady Gaga's stylist, is the house's new men's and women's wear creative director. He will oversee Sebastian Peigne, a 10 year Balenciaga veteran and Mugler's new women's head designer, and Romain Kremer, who has shown experimental men's looks since 2005 and has been named Mugler's new men's head designer.

Formichetti, who will show his first collection for Fall 2011, succeeds Rosemary Rodriguez. He is also fashion director of Vogue Hommes Japan and a contributing editor of V, Dazed & Confused, and Another Magazine; a Mugler spokeswoman said he would continue his editorial and celebrity work.

We were looking for a young talent who could really bring new energy to the brand,” said Joel Palix, director general of the Mugler company. “Nicola is a multicultural, techno-savvy expert involved in fashion, communication, image and entertainment. He and the appointed talented designers will represent a new direction for French fashion."

Ga Ga Gets Beefy for VOGUE HOMME JAPAN

She just cant fail to Surprise us anymore with these covers! Yet again Lady Ga Ga appears on the cover of VOGUE HOMME JAPAN second time in a RAW to cause another controversy shot by none other than the amazing Terry Richardson. Peta must really love her (Lets really hope she does not get in trouble. She is a smart girl and knows exactly what she is doing to get this reaction). We cant seem to get enough of this super star. Her first appearance was more light hearted with her looking like a man (which did shock a majority, where people thought she was a young and handsome looking boy). Here are some of the images of Her Excellency on both current and previous covers for the mens magazine!

V Magazine's Va Va Voom New York Issue by Mario Testino

Enlisting the help of artist Dan Colen, Photographer Mario Testino and Stylist Nicola Formichetti, the new issue of V magazine celebrates the Big Apple (New York) in quite the cheeky, fun, and mind blowing manner. Bringing everyone together from leading model Tyson Ballou and Lady Gaga to designer Marc Jacobs and actress and muse to many leaders in the Fahsion industry Chloe Sevigny (one of our favorite ladies), things quickly get out of hand, but with the best intentions. And what is the conclusion? Check it out!

We love Chloe

Lady Ga Ga Vs. Lindsay Lohan!

Last month we posted the cover of Lady Ga Ga (click here to go back). We have the full shoot taken by master of camera and images "Nick knight". Here you go with the whole editorial in Vanity Fair.

What scares us more, is after the amazing editorial and amazing shoot, Vanity Fair Magazine decided to give train wreck Lindsay Lohan a second chance to FAME and put her on the new October cover (SO SAD) shot by Norman Jean Roy which includes this sad article.

She ain't got nothing on GAGA

So what next Vanity Fair? We predict the November Issue will have Paris Hilton on the cover for her Cocaine trial?
